20.01.2022 Breast Cusions Made With Love - Tamborine Mountain, QLD. Currently we have around 20 wonderful ladies making Breast Cusions. These woman, stuff, cut and sew the... Cusions from scratch. At the moment, due to "coronavirus" are making them all from home during their spare time. Each different lots of Cusions then get dropped off at 3 major Hospitals - - Gold Coast University Hospital - Robina Hospital - Greenslopes Hospital. This wonderful group of woman have now been making these fantastic Cusions for around 7 years. Roughly between them they make over 1000 Breast Cusions per year for delivery to these Hospitals, for Breast Cancer Patients. These Cusion's help Woman in their recovery stage after Breast Cancer Operations, for comfort. I can give you more info about who these Woman are and how they go about this. They are from Tamborine Mountain QLD , and I think they all need a huge thank you for their efforts. I have attached a few photos but can get more for you. Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you. 13.01.2022 Tamborine Mountain Country Markets Cancelled The Tamborine Mountain Show Society has made the difficult decision to postpone the re-opening of the Tamborine Mountain Country Markets until further notice. The safety of our wonderful stallholders and our loyal patrons was the pivotal point in this decision. We are also very concerned for the well-being of our Market Volunteers, most of whom are vulnerable due to age and health.... We hope it won’t be too long before the borders are open and we are back in operation.
