25.01.2022 TRAINING TRYOUT Outside arm defence It can be a hard concept for some players to use the outside arm to reach across another player for an intercept - if thi...s skill is not taught you will see players come through with the inside arm and constantly be pulled up for a contact TIP Use outside arm when there is minimal space to go for an intercept and both hands when there is less chance of a contact (so more space) In this drill we are practicing coming around a cone with outside arm before using a real attacker

23.01.2022 Grand Final winners! After being down 7 - 2 during the first quarter, the Taipans were victorious 27-17. The girls were also awarded the Highest Goal Average trophy for the entire Monday night competition!

23.01.2022 Well done Noa! She was thrown in the deep end today and shone beautifully! Her allocated game was a forfeit, and she was moved to a Div 1 game. This was a totally new experience for Noa as she had not been assessed at that level. HDNA President Kimberley was the other umpire and after 1st quarter, Noa was awarded with her no bib level. At the end of the game, Kimberley commented that she wanted to see Noa on her Junior Association level badge by the end of the season. She couldn't do this without our amazing and dedicated coaches, Taneesha and Teaghan.

These gals at our Pizzey PARK Netb...all CLUBsession nailing it I am one of those coaches that is constantly researching new ideas to bring my inspiration to life! I saw this drill on Sport Ready Netball Academy Singapore and had to try it! I have already thought of the next few progressions so stay tuned Check out their page for training ideas!

21.01.2022 Important Information sent to all Clubs today regarding the Saturday Junior Competition. The below changes will take affect Saturday 10th October for the remain...der of the 2020 Season: Due to the weather warming up, and restrictions being lessened for Covid-19, we will be bringing the times of ALL games forward to the following: 8am & 9am (NSG) and 10am, 11am and 12noon (Jnr) Therefore new game times will be: 8am stays the same 9.20am goes to 9am 10.40am is now 10am 12pm now play at 11am 1.20pm games now play at 12pm Enjoy your school holiday break!
