You may not even realise you are doing this, Awareness is key, listen and hear your emotions that come up when they arise. This may be sadness from rejection (when your in flow you can see it is not your path, your person, your tribe and doesn't set your soul on fire). This may show up by anger from saying yes when you wanted to say no. You are being given opportunity to learn to say no. Tears are FLOW You may not want the tears to come up, letting the tears flow is letting the density out of your body. l know that when a person has been through emotional turmoil and trauma letting the tears come up and fall is FLOW. There is nothing wrong with you. Ask to be shown your FLOW, listen to your body and emotions, love yourself as you move, find and transition into your FLOW.

When someone has to try and control another person, an outcome, a decision that is not their decision to make this is a reflection of the person's inner turmoil and lack of self awareness and ultimately their fears playing out. Each one of us is different, ... each one of us has different opinions, each one of us sees the world around us in a different light, a different perspective and therefore each of us can bring what we have to offer as individuals. This is a wonderful and glorious thing, this is the light and dark, good and bad, sad and happy, sun and moon, earth and sky. What we see as seperation and having to label stuff as good or bad is our human experience. Our higher self, our consciousness can see ALL as it is in truth. The seperation (our individual truth) makes us all unique and individual beings of light that support our souls while we are living life in human bodies in physicality with our feet on the earth. Come back to your knowing and stay out of others projections, your here to live your unique life as the light being you are and not getting caught up in other people's stuff is your responsibility, stay in your lane, your truth.
