Has taken me a lot to be able to post these. Right hand photos were taken 6 weeks ago, left hand side is what I look like now. In just over 6 weeks I've lost over 6kgs and my measurements were Neck -2cm Arms- 4cm Bust- 3cm Waist - 8cm Hips - 8cm Thighs- 8cm Calves- 10cm 40ish cms I've lost in the space of 6 weeks. 20.01.2022 Thursday reminder: keep in mind that it takes roughly 21 days to break a habit. If you can stick with your new routine for 21 days, you’ll be much more likely to stick with it in the long term. It will become part of who you are. So stay with those early-morning workouts and healthy recipes. A month later, you’ll be thankful you did.

They are my number one snack/pre workout food My favourite toppings include: Avacado, Himalayan salt, pepper and chilli flakes Spinach with vegan ‘tuna’ alternative (smashed chickpeas or Coles vegan tuna in can - brand is called Loma) ... Peanut butter and low sugar strawberry jam - add banana if you dare Coconut/soy yogurt with cranberries and crushed walnuts The topping ideas are endless They satisfy every craving. Next time you are reaching for a snack but don’t know what to have, try rice cakes with one of my favourite toppings

02.01.2022 22kg weight loss and 80cm between these two beautiful sisters in under 3 months and just look at them both Julie and Michelle trained with me three times per week leading up to a family wedding and both managed to lose over 10kg each in that short time.... They would be the first to tell you that it’s bloody hard work and you only get out of it EXACTLY what you put in. If you work hard and stick to a healthy eating plan then the results will follow. They put in 110% every single session and pushed through every single rep! They stayed consistent with their healthy eating and ate to fuel the body so they were able to push to their limits each and every workout. No endless hours of cardio or strict low calorie diets, JUST HARD WORK! As a coach I couldn't be more proud nor could I have asked for any more from both of these ladies You’ve got to work for it! It all comes down to priorities, what means the most to you?! Well done ladies!
