09.01.2022 During this Community Situation we all could benefit from some Self care, Mindfulness, Relaxation & Exercise Here are some ideas that may be something you have not thought about doing. -- Play some relaxing music- salt lamp or low lighting-(some relaxing essential oil in) warm water dip a face cloth squeeze lay over face whilst lying down in a comfortable space and breathe. Do this for a time frame that you are then in a nice relaxed peaceful personal space. Enjoy thi...s space you feel. Then when ready continue with your routine. --If your days are constantly on the go or you find your mind racing with the current community situation. Make sure you take 5 mins to check in with yourself. Idea- Listen and feel your heart beat/breathing take some deep breathes Idea-close your eyes and relax your body from feet up to head. This helps with the collective stress or busyness happening Take care everyone and stay healthy Happy for people to share this if you know someone who is struggling emotionally. Xx See more
