It is with great pleasure that we can advise Wests Entertainment Group will commence the reopening of our venues in a staggered and staged approa...ch in line with the State Governments conditions for reopening of clubs and hotels. Due to the number of members Wests Entertainment Group has and to ensure that we comply with conditions imposed in regard to reduced capacities, we will commence the reopening to members & their guests only in the first stage. It's not going to be like it was before we closed, as nothing is quite the same in the current environment, but we will be open and look forward to providing patrons with outstanding hospitality. As a condition of entry, members & their guests will have their arrival details recorded. Members will be required to swipe their members card on entry of our venues. It is planned to reopen our venues as follows: - West Tamworth League Club - Monday 1 June 2020 from 11:30am - Wests' Diggers - Friday 5 June 2020 from 11:30am The above opening times will be subject to change as and when restrictions on the Groups operation are eased. We will take every precaution to ensure that all patrons and team members are safe in our venues and will manage the conditions on which we are allowed to reopen. These conditions include strict patron capacities based on a maximum of 50 patrons for each dining area and in conjunction with the one person per 4 sqm floor area rule. - West Tamworth League Club will operate up to six (6) dining areas with a total capacity of 295 patrons - Wests' Diggers will operate three (3) dining areas with a total capacity of 143 patrons Maximum patron numbers allow patrons to access all areas of our facilities such as bars, gaming, TAB, Keno, bottle shop and our cafés & restaurants while maintaining social/physical distancing conditions. Some things will not be offered initially such as entertainment and promotions, which constitute a gathering or event for more than ten (10) people.
