19.01.2022 FOR THOSE WHO MAY NEED IT. I have successfully helped people online from all over the world including the USA, England and those in Australia that are too far to come for a treatment. And usually they have been urgent cases.... While this is no replacement for a hands on treatment, it has been a successful option in helping others relieve pain or illness that could not otherwise make the journey to be treated. In these difficult times, this may be a viable option for those isolated and needing help. I am reworking my setup to cater for more people, if there is a need for it. Online group sessions will also be available. This is a preview. More details in the next few days. Stay well.

12.01.2022 Some CORONAVIRUS TIPS and OBSERVATIONS that may help. There is a lot of panic and misinformation at large right now. Here are a few things that may lessen your ...chances of concern. 1. Keep your body alkaline. It's much harder for disease to take hold in an alkaline system. * Miso, whole grains, sea vegetables and certain vegetables are excellent in keeping the body in an alkaline state. 2. Avoid acidic foods such as sugar, junk and fast foods, soft drinks, ice cream etc. These weaken the body. Too much fruit - especially tropical fruit can weaken the body as well - so consume in moderation. Avoid red meat as much as possible as it festers within the body. Definitely not recommended. Avoid pork and cheese as much as possible for similar reasons. Acidic vegetables like Eggplant, tomatoes and other nightshades may be best avoided or at least minimized during this time. 3. Stay calm and practice quality breathing - nurture these within yourself. 4. Exercise to keep your fitness and spirits up. 5. Rest - in a calm and centered way when you need to. 6. Stay informed but don't get drawn into excessive fear and panic that is driven by the media. Avoid excessive amounts of it. Tragic news SELLS. So DON'T be a customer - be an observer. Don't be cocky either. There is a healthy balance to taking on information. 7. Focus on positive thoughts - no matter what is being presented by the media, any situation or anyone you know. 8. I don't normally recommend this as this can be leaned on as a fix - but - if you get symptoms, take some "quality" Vitamin C regularly to help reduce the symptoms and help recovery. Zinc can also taken with Vitamin C to help strengthen recovery. As always - be sensible with your intake of anything and always seek professional health advice first before attempting anything. Overall - rely on eating good quality foods ... and avoiding the crappy junk and fast foods that are everywhere. * Convenience foods are not nutrition. In times like these - many are likely to suffer in multitudes from them. 9. Seek advice from a health professional to stay on top of things. SOME OBSERVATIONS TO CONSIDER. 1. There is strong evidence to show that this virus was man made and deliberately spread. Similar to what happened with the AIDS epidemic. I do not know this for sure, so take this with a grain of salt - but there is some compelling evidence that points to it. So be alert and keep your mind calm, clear and positive. YES - be cautious YES - be informed YES - take charge of your health - no one is going to do that for you. 2. No one knows the extent of this current issue. One thing is for sure - panic and fear are often the fastest ways of anything taking hold. So ... Stay well in your thoughts as well as your body and eating habits. Nourish yourself well - in all areas Stay calm and positive and look for the good. (It's so easy to take on the bad - and it never gets better thinking that way). Lastly, prevention is far better than cure. Stay well !!! To your greater health.
