25.01.2022 A reminder to all our parents that Term 1 2020 starts back Monday. We have been busy sending reminder messages to all parents. I have opened up a couple more morning Parent and Child Classes, especially for parents with 2 children due to demand. If anyone is interested in joining these classes please text Ros on 0411626835.

25.01.2022 IMPORTANT NOTICE ARMIDALE ROAD IS BUSY! With traffic flowing at 70km per hour! When coming to swim lessons from town, we advise that your safest option is to, drive 100 metres past tamworth learn to swim driveway and on your right is a rest area for rotary park. It has a turning lane where you can do a U turn safely.

25.01.2022 Week 2 of swimming lessons starts today. We still have a few lesson time slots left. Our pool is warm and toasty and our young team of AUSTSWIM qualified teachers are friendly and approachable. Our parent with 2 children classes have been a success. 25.01.2022 Our delegates tour met up with the AWSOM (Australian water safety on Mekong) team we went to a remote school to teach some water safety skills. The children were so excited when we walked in, it was an amazing day.

24.01.2022 Miss 8 year old won many ribbons and was very energetic at her swimming carnival competing in the 50 metres Freestyle, 50 metres Breaststroke and then also winning a ribbon in the relay. Great Achievement!

24.01.2022 If you are thinking about putting your children into swimming lessons now that the weather is warmer, but they play sport Saturday mornings. We have some half hour swim lessons on Saturday afternoon from 11:30am on. If this suits you inbox Ros at Tamworth Learn To Swim. Term 4 starts October 19 and continues for 9 weeks til December 14th. 21.01.2022 We are taking enrolments for our parent and children classes, plus our popular parent with 2 children classes. The classes will be held weekdays mornings at 10:30am and 11:30am. Our new term starts February the 3rd 2020 Please message back the days you are available. Our fresh water magnesium pool is based indoors and is heated to 33 degrees. We accomodate all year round.

19.01.2022 Master 7 year old made it to Zone and won his 50 metre Freestyle race and came second in the medley. He proudly displays his ribbons to his swim teacher! Well done!

18.01.2022 Our new term has started, we still have some spots for bubs in Parent and Child Classes in the morning such as Monday 9:30am. Even Parent with two children classes can be taught in one half hour lesson. Term ends December 14th. Cost is $145 per child for 9 half hour lessons.

16.01.2022 We are very proud of Miss 7 year old who won 5 winner ribbons at her school swimming carnival and will be representing her school at The Zone Meet on Friday! Congratulations

15.01.2022 A previous graduate of our swim school who started swimming lessons here when she was 8 months old has won 3 firsts, 2 seconds and a third ribbon at her school swimming carnival and came first in her Freestyle Race at Zone. Well done Miss 9 year old! Brilliant effort!

15.01.2022 The weather is warming up and we have a busy swim season ahead. We will need another swim teacher to join our AUSTSWIM Learn To Swim team teachers. Mostly evening weekday shifts 3:30-7pm Or Saturdays, possibly some mornings, schools holidays off. 14.01.2022 Tamworth Learn To Swim is now closed for the Christmas Holidays. Our first term back for 2021 has some weekday morning spots still available. We wish everybody a Merry Christmas filled with joy and memories you will cherish for years to come. ... Looking forward to seeing everybody in the new year.

13.01.2022 Students at TAMWORTH Learn To Swim are bringing in their ribbons. Master 10year old stands proudly with his brother, displaying his ribbon. He came 3rd in Breaststroke at his school swimming carnival and gets to go to zone! Fantastic achievement!

13.01.2022 Our Parent with two children Classes have become very popular, because it means two young children can enjoy a lesson at the same time, yet still be in separate classes. We put two teachers to teach different skill levels depending on you childrens abilities. Cost is $150 for 9 half hour lessons at a regular time once a week, usually 9:30, 10:30 or 11:30am Weekdays, depending on what suits you?

12.01.2022 Sadly learn to swim has NOT yet been green lighted to restart, however, we are hopeful we might be able to open to start Term 3, Monday 27th July, we will put further posts on when we know more- stay safe! Ros and the team

08.01.2022 Dear Parents of TAMWORTH Learn To Swim! Yes! We are still open for Swimming Lessons for the next two weeks unless schools close. Advice from our national swim body is to encourage rolling swim lessons where students are dropped off at lessons, swim for half an hour and then go home in their swimmers and towel for their shower. We are frequently sanitising high touch door knobs and handrails. Hope this answers some questions!
