06.01.2022 Unfortunately due to the Covid 19 & travel restrictions, Sam & I have decided to put Tamworth Rural Holiday Accommodation on hold as a bnb / self contained home and rent it out permanently for the time being. We thank everyone who has stayed with us during the 18 months operating as a bnb and we've thoroughly enjoyed meeting our guests and other bnb providers. If you know of anyone looking to rent a home in a rural area, short drive to Tamworth, please share this page with them. Stay safe & kind regards xx

05.01.2022 Beautiful country stay ***** This was the perfect spot for our two nights in Tamworth. The kids loved walking in the paddock with the sheep, goats, and alpacas. We also had a stunning view of the countryside. The property is an easy 15 minutes to town. To top it all off, Georgie is an amazing host. Thanks for having us! (Thank you to Jason & his 2 adorable children for their feedback. Their excitement & enthusiasm for the farm stay was just so beautiful to watch. Its such a blessing that Sam & I can share this interaction of farm animals with children from the city & see their excitement & knowledge of the land grow).

03.01.2022 ***** Georgie is an ideal host. She is incredibly obliging and generous with her knowledge of the Tamworth area. The house is immaculate and the all the beds have deep mattresses with crisp sheets and they are super comfortable! The location is perfect - private and peaceful with views to die for and yet only 10 minutes to Tamworth shops and a short (and scenic) drive to some amazing country towns. Wandering through the paddocks and feeding the beautiful sheep and alpacas was... a joy. My family met up there for a family get together and we loved the numerous living areas; the big deck at the back for morning coffee (also great for our dogs to laze on), the area under the big shady tree for BBQ's and board games, and the huge sunroom for pizza, drinks and appreciating the spectacular sunsets. We visited Topview during the drought and, although the harshness of it's effect is evident, we can guarantee that the countryside is still stunning and worth every moment that you're there. 02.01.2022 'Just the perfect Country setting and so close in to Tamworth. The best located BarBQue in NSW and such a homely feel about the Farmhouse . Very comfortable and lovely to come back to after a day on the tourist trail in Tamworth.' Thank you so much Graeme for your lovely feedback.
