24.01.2022 Hi all you lovely cakers! It's here again. This Sunday's work shop will be featuring a little ladies hat/Bonnet guided by Thea. Sweet hats suitable for cupcakes plaques and cake topper. Bring along any supplies you may have that can be used....... Modelling paste, fondant, royal icing, cutters, boards rolling pins ext.... There will be plenty to share if you don't have everything. 1pm redcross building Kable ave, sunday. Hope to see you all. See more

20.01.2022 Just a reminder to everyone interested in coming along to our christmas cup cake topper work shop its this sunday 1pm, at the red cross building. Bring along all your christmas colurs and tools, will be finishing of the decorations ready for decembers meeting where we will assemble the cakes.

19.01.2022 A great day today at our annual demonstration day! Two very talented demonstrators shared many combined years of skills and knowledge with us all. Great range of decorating skill demonstrated with a mix of modelling paste flowers and butter cream side finishing techniques and fun nice simple butter cream flowers. Thankyou to our little club members for their help and wonderful home baking provided for afternoon tea and morning tea. Special thankyou to jan pearson for co ordinating, setting up and keeping us running on time. Our clubs next workshop day will be the 3rd Sunday of June. Featuring a sequin effect finish!

18.01.2022 Hi everyone, our next workshop is only just around the corner.... Sunday 8th october @1pm redcross building in kable ave, next door to diggers. Featuring Christmas cup cake toppers. Bring you tool kit and your creativity .....

14.01.2022 Next sunday 1pm redcross building (next door to diggers) For our next workshop, we are going to ice a cake from scratch. So bring your uniced cake, board, rolling pin, smoothers, box/container to take your cake home,etc.... This is for our new members and also share ideas/tips on how we all achieve our iced cakes. For this exercise we will be doing fondant. Every one is welcome.

14.01.2022 Book it in!!! Next Saturday is the demonstration day. Everyone welcome. 4 diffrent demonstrations by ladies from out of town. Plus Stacey's cake decorating supplies shop will be there. Lucky door prizes, morning and afternoon tea provided.

14.01.2022 Morning ladies.yesterday Janice Pearson and myself (Stacey) took the opportunity to attend the demonstration day with Kempsey guild branch. Was a great day of 4 demonstration. The day covered peonies roses, hydrangea flowers and mousse/reindeers and the lovely choir girls. A lovely group of ladies, also very happy to share their ideas and skills.

13.01.2022 Christmas work shop. Next sunday 12th november. 1pm start at the red cross building next door to diggers. This workshop will be focused on finishing of for our christmas cup cake topper. Hope to see you all there.

12.01.2022 Busy working bee today as we put together our christmas cupcakes all 216 of them, ready to be delivered to meals on wheels tamworth, meals on wheels Qurindi, and Nioka hospital department.

08.01.2022 If anyone is interested in learning the art of cake decorating they can message me, we are very welcoming and happy to share ideas and techniques. The club runs monthly workshops. 2nd Sunday of each month, 1pm at the red cross building.(nextdoor to diggers) And afternoon tea is enjoyed by all at the end

07.01.2022 Our local club met today and played around with some Easter ideas as tis the season... Below are some of the ideas brain stormed today. Remember you are all welcome to join us Next month we are focusing on mother's Day ideas. We would love to see you and brain storm with you.

Workshop is focusing on peonies roses,leaves and Lilly of the valley fillers. We will be working together to create a beautiful cake for red cross to raffle off. ... All interested cake crazy people welcome to come along to our work shops. It's very much an open discussion and sharing if ideas, experience and ideas. Come along with your tool kit (if you have one) and some fondant ,and or modelling paste. Feature for February is still not decided so if there is something ...you you like to play around and share/ learn please let us know. Afternoon is also provided. 03.01.2022 The creative work from last weekend workshop focusing on poinsettias.thanks to Jan Jan for her hard work and demonstrations of 3ways to make a poinsettia, and quick demonstration from Thea on the star of Bethlehem. Obviously we were starting to think Christmas If anyone is interested in learning the art of cake decorating they can message me and I can forward further information. Next month we have choir girls planned

01.01.2022 The mad and not so mad cakers Are all welcome to join us on sunday 1pm at red cross building. There will be a small demo and then light discussion on what type of things we could work on at future workshops. Great opportunity for meet and greet if your unsure if its for you or not. Its worth the visit if nothing else but for the yummy afternoon tea that follows Hope to see you all there.
