22.01.2022 It is with great disappointment that we officially announce that the 2019/20 TDCA cricket season is now over. In the interest of public health and safety, Cricket Australia has today released documentation for the cancellation of the remainder of the 2019/20 season effective from 17th March 2020 so preliminary finals and Grand finals will not be able to proceed. In addition to this it has also strongly been recommended that presentation awards nights be cancelled or postponed... to a safer time. Whilst we know that this will upset and disappoint many, the health and safety of all participants, officials and volunteers must be considered. As per the competition rules, competition winners for 2019/20 will be those teams that progressed straight to the Grand final after Major Semi final wins. 21.01.2022 Unfortunately due to rain on Thursday and last night all turf pitches were not able to be prepared therefore all 1st and 2nd grade will not play. At this stage all 3rd and 4th grade on synthetic will go ahead.

12.01.2022 TDCU&SA members, Armidale are hosting a NSWCU&SA training weekend on 29th & 30th August 2020. If anyone would like to attend can you let me know so I can notify Alan Hollebrandse of numbers. Costs as per Ben Treloar NSWCU&SA training officer said in his email... "The Laws of Cricket Training Course takes place over a full weekend (9am 5pm Saturday and Sunday including an open book assessment) and is $40 for non-members but free for NSWCUSA members and prospective female umpires."
