09.01.2022 October Monthly meeting today at the Tamworth & District Family History rooms, commencing at 1.30pm today, members and interested persons welcome to attend.

05.01.2022 Tamworth & District Family History group will re-open their rooms on Saturday 20 June. This would have been a Monthly Meeting day but we have decided just to re-open the doors and do our best to welcome those who wish to come back to the rooms either for research or friendship. At this stage we will also re-open Tuesdays on 23 June, but for the immediate future we will not be re-opening on Thursday evenings. Our next Monthly Meeting will be held on Saturday 18 July. This wi...ll also be the day of our Annual General Meeting, and it will follow our Monthly Meeting as usual. It is also the time of year when we hope members will consider offering their services to fill any positions made vacant on that day. We are aware that we all still need to maintain social distancing, and understand that some of our members may not be ready to return but we hope that for those who do return over the coming weeks, we can make everyone feel comfortable in the space that we have. We hope to have our July Journal ready to post in the next few weeks, and we will include a reminder notice for everyone that our annual membership are due on 1 July.
