24.01.2022 So did this little number Thursday. Patch ceiling repair, paint and cut in Black Cornice. Although this was a high anxiety next level. With lots of sweating and swearing. It looks amazing. Very fancy I think.

22.01.2022 Just want to Thank all for supporting my new adventure. I’m doing what I love and work is rolling along well. I’ve picked up the Kindy gig. 2 hours a week maintenance and am enjoying it very much. I’ve also hung some blinds for a lovely lady. Replaced screen door rollers. Put up 2 shelf’s. Painted ceiling repairs. 2 small lathe jobs. 6 quotes with 5 confirmed to do next week. Winning

22.01.2022 Sunday morning Trims and kicks.

19.01.2022 House extension. Now and outdoor laundry. This has kept me busy this week. Fair amount of swearing as the mongrel trees and paint loving bugs tested me out but all done. Looks pretty now

12.01.2022 Part 2 same house. The end of another great job. Give this beautiful home a fresh feel. Painting all last week and and lots of trims and doors today.

10.01.2022 Well this bathroom was my sauna for the last 3 days. Detox complete . As you can see in before pic’s wall has been moved and cornice change of height. So plaster all edges. Hung and painted a new door. Fitted roll holder, towel rail. Hook. Does look beautiful.

07.01.2022 Painting and maintenance by day. Machinist by night. Spun up an adaptor and some spacers for a pump modification

05.01.2022 I love these jobs. So Old Mate is sick of needing his wheelbarrow and the tyres flat. But he purchased a solution. Never flat solid . Of course it’s never that easy to just pop it on. The axel was smaller. All good Tan Can Fix Spun up a new shaft and spacers. 30min fix. Ta Da

04.01.2022 Veranda and trims come up a treat. . Must say I’m a fan of the Manor Red with white. Tested out my cutting in. No room for mistakes with these 2 colours.

04.01.2022 Righto so I’m not going to even try and sugar coat this job. This ceiling was super hard intense work. Also at a poxy height. Angles everywhere. Water damage to pretty much every panel bar one room. Strips Well can’t say I’m a fan of painting almost a whole roof with a paintbrush. But I did it The job: Whole house Ceiling scutch off all bubbled paint. Plaster and patch like everywhere. Mould clean and kill. Sanding and gapping. Oil base undercoat. Then 2 top coats of ceiling white. I have surprised myself with how good it’s come up. There were parts I said couldn’t be fixed but now look new. The owner is happy so I’m beyond proud. Photos don’t do a lot of justice. You kind of had to see it to believe it but I’ll put some up and try and put them in order.

02.01.2022 Gave my last big effort to my kindy. Was chuffed they didn’t run the plumbing in a straight line. Christmas brake now. So wish I had a photo of me laying on the lawn in my working irrigation. Because that’s what I did. Merry Christmas to all. Thankyou again to all that’s supported me. I look forward to being busy again next year. Be safe and merry.

01.01.2022 Started my new gig at Bright Horizons daycare today. . Put in a good effort. Will looked amaze balls in no time.

01.01.2022 I really enjoy flat packs. Pretty sure I’m a flat pack Queen to be honest.

01.01.2022 Removed a floating floor this week. The new pantry and walk in robe had been built on top of it. So Renovator to the rescue. I knew it wouldn’t be as easy as it looked. But I do love a challenge and nailed it. . Floating floor is in excellent condition and is for sale if anyone’s looking. Not through me but I can give you a number.
