Is you're business not pumping, or at the level you think it should be, then perhaps clarity is missing? By breaking marketing down, you can get a handle on many on the actionable tasks that you should do over any given period; here are a few Word of mouth (do people promote what you want them to promote) Lead magnet (does your shop, including the web, give away something of value to your potential customer)... Networking groups (are you expanding your referral network) Educational (are you giving sharing an business alliance where you can educate attendees about your services and products) Promotional (what special offers and packages create interest) Just by accepting 1 task and concentrating on this, you will be moving your business forward.
