05.01.2022 There has been great playground weather these school holidays. Playgrounds can be used for all sorts of skills, gross motor is obvious, but theres also hidden skills such as grip strength helping fine motor. You can also work language skills, talking about colours, up and down, stop and go or using imaginary play whilst exploring the equipment - really the options are limitless. Drawing or writing in sand is also a really fun activity that can work on lots of skill domains
