07.06.2022 Are you are a keen crafter looking for an outlet to sell your creations? Due to a stall cancellation we are looking for someone to fill a double trestle site in our market hall this weekend. As we are celebrating the 80th Anniversary of the former BHP "Tanderra" Single Men's Hostel, now our home base, we are expecting plenty of visitors to be passing though the gates.... If you are interested in booking this stall site act now as it won't be available for long. 28.05.2022 Yes, it's market weekend again. Head on out to Tanderra over the weekend & have a browse through the market hall, shops & craft/hobby groups. On Saturday we will be celebrating the 80th Anniversary for the former BHP Tanderra Single Men's Hostel, which we now call home. Celebrations will include speeches & the cake cutting at 12:30pm outside the Steel Cap Gallery (located in R-Block). This will be followed by a guided tour of the premises. Unfortunately, Stanley the Clown h...as had to cancel due to ill health, but everything else is going ahead as planned. So bring your family & friends to Tanderra, have a look around & join in the celebrations. We'd love to see you there! New stall holders are always welcome. Tanderra Craft Village was told they could proceed with these markets initially but our numbers are cut in all areas and strict co vid regulations will apply. To the lady that lost her glasses last market I have them. I haven’t got your details with me.

05.01.2022 I am pleased to say that Tanderra Craft Village will be opening for pop up market. Saturday 19th of September 10:00 am till 3:00 pm. Ring or Message 0412 492 468 to book a stall.

01.01.2022 Due to the misinformation on Facebook I will let you know what is happening. Tanderra Craft Village is not back as has been advertised on some Facebook pages. We are holding a popup market on the 4th of July in conjunction with Shattered Hourglass a heavy metal band. The market will run from 10am until 3.00pm and will be held outside as the main hall and kitchen are undergoing repairs. The band will start at 2.00pm and finish around 5.00pm, this could change if more bands decide to attend. I hope this clears up some of the confusion surrounding this event. All stall holders at Tanderra should have been contacted by our stall coordinator, if you haven't could you please contact Debbie our stall coordinator. Ron Bowley (Secretary).
