23.01.2022 Dear families, Please note that our fees will increase slightly from 1 January 2021. We will also have a new rate for casual bookings for before and after school care.

22.01.2022 Hi everyone Families are now enrolling their children online via the i-enrol link that was emailed to everyone yesterday. For those of you who only use our service for casual care or vacation care, you will still have to i-enrol your children if you plan to use Tanderra next year. When you start the process it will ask you for a booking date required. If you select any date (1st December for example), you will be able to complete the i-enrol process. We can delete your bookin...g once it’s all completed. Then you will be ready to make any bookings you need to in the future. When you click on this link, https://app.kidsoft.com.au/p/TanderraOSHC/find-a-place you should see a screen like this If you are having troubles after following this, don’t hesitate to email us and we’ll try to help.

21.01.2022 If you’re having trouble working out how to enrol online with us once you’ve created an iParentPortal account, log onto the portal at parentslogin.Kidsoft.com.au Then select the tab Find a Place. You can then start to enter your child’s details into the fields that appear. If you are still having trouble, don’t hesitate to give us a call

17.01.2022 Tanderra OOSH is seeking expressions of interest from anyone seeking before and after school care for 2021 whose child will be attending Faulconbridge Public School. 17.01.2022 If you’ve created your iparentportal account and submitted your booking request for next year, you still have to complete the i-enrolment process to secure your child’s place for 2021. Please follow these steps: 1. Login to your iparentportal account 2. Select the I-ENROL STATUS tab... 3. Select ACCEPT OFFER DECLINE OFFER on the lower right side of the screen 4. 17.01.2022 All children attending excursions and outings must have an Excursion Authorisation Form completed by a parent or authorised nominee. You can find the forms for these holidays in the parent portal in GENERAL > DOCUMENTS PROVIDED. You can also find them on our website under FORMS & DOCS. We also have hard copies available at the centre. Please complete and return to us to ensure your child can be taken on designated outings.

04.01.2022 This is Wend who is on practicum placement with Springwood Neighbourhood Centre Co-op Ltd. As part of her research project, Wend will be visiting Tanderra on Monday 19th October and Wednesday 21st October to speak to any mums who’d be interested in answering a few questions about their experiences around covid-19.
