Renovation doesn’t need to cost a bomb if you research and speak with the agents to understand what people are looking for. 2. In this renovation we could’ve easily overcapitalised by putting a new kitchen and bathroom and flooring however speaking with my team of agents they mentioned there is no need for it and we won’t be able to get you the Return ! 3. We resurfaced the kitchen, installed new appliances. Painted the bathroom and installed new towel rails, fixed the shower screen etc. 4.
