21.01.2022 Kay recently graded and was successful in achieving the rank of Cho Dan Bo. It hasn't been an easy journey for Kay and it has taken a little longer to get there but with her usual can do attitude she worked hard through her two hour testing and passed. Another step on her journey to Cho Dan. Congratulations Kay on a job well done. Dang Soo.

13.01.2022 Last week we held a Gup Grading for Kay, she graded to 1st Gup. It has taken Kay nine long months to get to this day, mainly due to health problems. January last year she contracted a bad lung infection and has only gotten over it in the last month or so. But this did not stop her from coming to training. In all that time she only missed one training night due to poor health, even though at times she could hardly breath. Kay has managed to regain some of her strength and fitness to be able to grade. This just shows her true dedication and strength of spirit and I am so proud to have her as a student. Miss Hingston and Miss Smith went through the grading with her to give their support and for me to assess them.
