21.01.2022 Wishing I could be at this beautiful place at this time. Where better to be isolated?

08.01.2022 Do sunsets ever get dull from here? Not so far...

03.01.2022 Whales in the bay this week again. Our guests this weekend just past went snorkeling at the wrecks... With a whale! If i get a photo from them I'll share.

02.01.2022 Just back from a few days here. We saw, as usual, sea eagles, whistling kites, various finches & swallows, but this time slotted a pair of Rainbow Bee Eaters. Such beautiful little birds! W didn't have camera eqipped to photograph them, but as their name says, they are rainbow coloured, with flashes of the most brilliant azure when they fly. And they have quite a different tail. What seems to be one quite long feather in the middle, but actually 2 feathers, or streamers, longer in the female than the male. https://www.graemechapman.com.au/library/viewphotos.php?c=9

02.01.2022 The sunsets are always different, and always beautiful.

02.01.2022 Meant to post this photo last week. It's true... The pot of gold IS Tangalooma.
