23.01.2022 Shred silverbeet, slice mushroom,freah chilli (discard seeds) finely diced red onion and whole garlic and toss in butter in a pan till spinach has wilted. Put eggs, cream, white pepper, salt and. 1/3 cup milk in blender. Place cooked rice in bottom of dish and place spinach mix over. Pour the egg mix evenly through the spinach . Sprinkle feta and parmigiana I get entire mix. Top with buttered filling. Bake at 180. For 35 minututes.
