23.01.2022 Welcome back everyone. Just a few details when visiting my salon. Firstly you must have a disposable mask. The reason for this I can’t guarantee that you won’t get colour on your mask and the I don’t accidentally snip it. When you arrive please use the hand sanitiser. You must fill in the paperwork so that I have a record of every client. After all that sit down and enjoy. It’s been way too long.

21.01.2022 I’m enjoying being able to cook food that I would not normally do. Last night I made this for dinner. One of my lovely clients gave me some lemons. So yummy.

20.01.2022 Good morning to you all. As most of you know I enjoy cooking when I have the time. This morning I made my version of Spanish egg stand and stuff tacos. I place the tacos on an oven tray. Mixed up eggs with a little milk like I was making an omelette. I added salt and pepper, cut up mushrooms and olives. I placed a baby spinach leave in the bottom of the taco poured the egg mixture on top and then crumbled some feta over. Baked for 15 to 20 mins just check on them. Serve with salsa and sliced avocados. Really yummy.
