07.01.2022 I have to honestly say ... personally I was a bit suspicious of frozen meals and even doubted myself when I first started making the meals & especially seafood chowder and freezing it .... that wasn’t until I tried it for my self To my surprise... it was just the same ... no change in consistency nor shrinkage of protein - like anything - just dont over cook it in the microwave or you’ll kill it. I’ve been doing this business for nearly 3 years now ... and I have had nothing but positive feedback. I would really appreciate if you can share your experience with us in the comments below
