15.01.2022 This year has really tested many of us including small businesses . Mentally physically and financially! It’s very heart breaking for many of us who put our wholes hearts and soul into our passion. My cake business/hobby is my passion and has taken a hit this year in a big way between my marriage separation and now this pandemic! And are continuing to do so as I type this post . Another round of lock downs and some serious damage to many businesses. No celebrations , event...s wedding or birthdays . For those who know me will know I have been relatively silent on the social media front due to relocating and starting all over again. Shifting focus onto survival mode as many others have also done. Me in particular. Tantalizing Cakes will soon now have a new location. With bigger and better things to come, including catering ,home meals, gift boxes and many other new lines. I type this with excitement for the future as I begin a new venture. I am privileged to be able to continue to keep in contact with my loyal return customers and new present customers. With beautiful messages along the way from customers, council, food safety supervisors and family and friends checking in on me including fellow businesses. The current situation for all my new or loyal return customers is this. We/me are still able to operate due to covid 19 implemented laws. However some changes have been put into place. Deliveries Can now be organised upon ordering depending on location. Charges will apply. Pick ups can be organised via non contact. Masks to be worn upon pick up. However we will fight and get through this as a whole nation , together. We will come out on top and be able to once again celebrate that special occasion we are all yearning for.
