22.01.2022 This is my cousin @mandie.hayes.10 and I! Circa maybe 2001? Firstly look at us thinking we had double chins (my 45 year old self will show my 26 year old self just what a real double chin looks like by the way! )! So here we are working hard to get a 'natural', chinless pic, and clearly failing with the natural part! But even funnier than that are our pencil thin brows!! Warning Don't go back to the pencils during Iso!! Keep your wits about you, stay strong, and for the love of God dont over pluck!

20.01.2022 Happy Father's Day to this funny looking fella! I had to pick dad up from Out Patience recently because he had an allergic reaction to something. When he got in the car I could not stop laughing! Luckily he was ok because I was so out of control in hysterics the whole drive home! When we pulled up at mum and dads house I said "But are you ok dad?!". The pic doesn't quite do it justice! Happy fathers day Daddy and Poppy!! We love you!! XXXX

09.01.2022 So! I was reading an article this morning How 10 Facialists Are Keeping Their Skin Happy and Hydrated at Home. As you may know, I like to steer towards natural or organic remedies so one quite took my fancy! I modified it to suit what I had at home, and did the following.... - took out an old face wand I got with some oil once and massaged my face for about 5 minutes - lathered my face and neck in about a tablespoon of yoghurt (yes, apparently yogurt is naturally rich in lac...tic acid, which helps to exfoliate dead skin cells and help with cell turnover! Who knew?!) - left the yoghurt on for about 10 or 15 mins and rinsed off - followed with my rose hip oil and face cream. SHORT TERM VERDICT - well i was hoping to wash it off and look 25 again, but maybe it'll take more than one treatment! But I do feel nice and fresh and actually feel like I've treated myself! So thats a win! Give it a go!

06.01.2022 It appears that us in the Beauty industry, amongst many other professions and businesses sadly, in the rural area, have been advised today that we need to stay closed at this stage until some time in November. All I can say to my beautiful, loyal, patient clients and friends is please hang in there! I will remain positive that my small business will survive this, and I hope and pray that any others finding this time extremely difficult, can get through it too. Drop me a lin...e if you need a chat, laugh, cry, debrief, whatever! I am still here, and I do miss our little catchups in the salon! But who says we can't still have them via text/phone/video! I appreciate you all! I had my little hissy fit today. Now let's try to spread the love, not the hate, and in doing so, maybe grab yourself a bottle of red!
