One participant shared "Hearing the stories of others, being able to connect and resonate with the participants (and facilitators) was a wonderful experience. The journal exercise, actually putting pen to paper, was magnificent. I thought I would struggle but it turns out I couldn't stop." 23.01.2022 Sometimes you have to stop and step away. Take a moment to be in the moment, mindful and present. This is a great way to give your brain a break. All too often we walk away from our desk or place of work only to be head down, looking at our phone! We don't really get a break if we are jumping from one device to another. Try practicing mindfulness right now:... * Focus on your breathing, take slow deep breaths in and out * Notice your body, where the breath goes * Scan your body from head to toe, notice any areas that are feeling tense * Send some breath to those tense areas, squeeze your muscles and relax Did you notice any changes? 14.01.2022 It is time for us to have a little break... we are back in the 'office' on the 4th January 2021 and having a flexible month. So excited!! January is one of our favourite months of planning and setting up whilst enjoying plenty of family time and a few local trips away!! What do you love about January?

14.01.2022 This is current reality, working from home. Sometimes it's just hair up and go! I'm grateful for a warm, comfortable home office and being able to have a lunch break with the kids. There are SOME things I'll miss after lockdown. But, I am looking forward to greater freedom and the small things like sitting down for a coffee at a cafe ... We have a full week of virtual facilitation with Westpac, a final session with our Qenos leaders and squeezing in some coaching sessions!!! Is it the weekend yet? What are you grateful for heading into the last week of September?
