15.01.2022 How sadly, badly one does sing When allergies ruin everything My nose is blocked, my throat won’t clear My singing does offend mine ear Can’t wait till Spring does disappear,... So I can sing again. Never thought I would be brave enough to share a video of my worst singing experience but then I thought, this shows just how bad things can get when the simple act of breathing is a daily challenge. Singing has always brought me so much joy but this year it's just become something else to be sad about. I'm trying every damn trick in the book to overcome these allergies but I'll gladly take on any new ones people may know. Fair warning, there are some not so kind notes I hit in this piece but I'm hoping to give it another go when I can breath freely.

04.01.2022 Sad news today for the country music community, hearing Charley Pride dies from Covid complications. He was a trailblazer whose unique voice and generous spirit broke down barriers in country music. As a little girl, Charlie's songs were some of the first country songs I would sing around the house. His last performance was his hit, 'Kiss an Angel Good Mornin'. Now he is an angel.
