06.01.2022 Congratulations to Gudrun for being selected as one of the participants of the 30 days healing program with me. It's been only 2 weeks and she shares: That deep headache is nearly gone (hopefully for good) It’s prob a no 1 today yay. Left TMJ is troubling me, very common with Lyme people. Pain radiating from TMJ to jaw to eye to cheekbone to temple to teeth and more (left side) Sometimes I can hardly chew or move my jaw. This morning while tracing I concentrated on that area ...and it feels much better, I can’t believe the difference and I haven’t taken any medication today yet. The neck/C1 area is stiff but less in pain, can’t put a number on it but it’s softer. Overall I am so surprised that my body has coped so well with all the heavy lifting I have done for the last two weeks. Normally by back/spine would go out with various pain from head to toe, but somehow it hasn’t and I’m deeply grateful and excited for the future. I look foward to her healing progress as I continue to support her.
