18.01.2022 Hyatt Hotels Corporation have recently announced a return to Adelaide, with a new 27 -storey Hyatt Regency to be built in Pirie Street, commencing construction in 2020, with completion due in 2023. The hotel will boast 295 rooms, a cafe, Hyatt Regency Club, swimming pool, fitness facilities, rooftop bar and more than 750m2 of event space among its features.

03.01.2022 Qantas have announced that they will use the 787-9 Dreamliner for their Sydney to Santiago route from June 2020, replacing the Boeing 747. The airline also announced that they will also be increasing the frequency of the flights from 4 times a week to a daily service
