13.01.2022 I've been attending The ShakeUp for at least 6 months now and really enjoying the improvement in my fitness. It's a great start to the day. I'm looking forward to creating some TaoYoga content for The ShakeUp's online program to help the members with some basic breathwork and Qigong exercises.
