25.01.2022 As you guys probably know we have been helping out the Burlington (Burley or Curly for most of us) in their kitchen for the past couple of weeks... and what a great time we had... pub cooking is so crazy and fun at the same time!!! Thanks to all our mates, clients who came down to support us, say hello and enjoy our beautiful food.. but alas our time at the Burley has come to an end as we have to get back to Tapa-Licious life, and we have some big things in the pipe line for... you guys... (think popping in on the way to work and picking up a delish tapas brunch and coffee) During our time there we worked with the new Head chef of the Burlington Misty and her husband Blake. . they have taken charge and during our time with her we can 100% say her food is damn delish!!
