12.01.2022 Humans 2484 Introducing Gerold Mayr Every being has a unique gift to the world. (Interview by Helen Otway) Gerold moved from Austria to the village he adores..., Uki. He is passionate about facilitating change for people and helping them realise their own gift. He is aware of the vulnerabilities we hold as humans, and in particular men. Within his own life he suffered a bout of depression that he explains had derailed and crumbled the life he had built. He is reflective about this and acknowledges that it was a chance to rebuild a new life and to seek out the choices that were important to him. Before moving to Uki Gerold sought to find a place that had a tight knit community. And that is what he found in Uki with its strong collaborative spirit and the numerous volunteer groups. Gerold appreciates that the Tweed Shire Council supports groups where it can, yetwould love to see a closer relationship between the most influential bodies; the community groups and the council. In particular, he sees a need to support the smaller groups so that they can get things off the ground for their community. As a long-time member of the ManKind Project, Gerold has learnt a lot about what it means to be a man today, through exploration and connection with healthy and mature masculinity. To support 2484, he is establishing a new program called Fathers4Fathers, which he will facilitate using his experience and knowledge. The program strives to empower men to live closer to their own truth and the ultimate goal is for children to learn to live with integrity and inner values through the positive role modelling of their fathers. And when I do that, I become the gift to the world I was meant to be. (A Heroes Journey)

09.01.2022 Unfortunately the short course on How to Learn Tapping at the Murwillumbah Community College had to be post-boned. Yet, my offer to be taught over the phone or zoom on the basic EFT routine (Yes, it only takes 10-15 minutes !) is still on.
