11.01.2022 These flexible hoses flooded an upstairs kitchen and living area when they burst unexpectedly. They are only rated to handle a certain temperature and the solar hot water system here with no tempering valve installed, (very hot water) along with friction of the pipes rubbing together over time (D.I.Y installation-pipework not clipped/supported property) had caused the braided hose to frey and the rubber beneath to burst. If your flexible hoses under your kitchen sink and bas...in etc look anything like this, it could only be a matter of time before they fail too! If they arent installed correctly, and dont meet manufacturers requirements (temperature/pressure) then your insurance may not cover you for any damages it may cause. Call a licensed plumber and make sure your home is covered!

09.01.2022 Did you know that replacing the relief valves on your water heater could prolong the Lifespan of your tank? Along with the sacrificial annode in your tank, its recommended that these be replaced every 5-7 years. You may think thats to get more money out of you but these are the number 1 causes for tank failures and your water heater WILL last longer if its maintained properly. Its a whole lot cheaper to maintain your water heater than it is to replace it!... Contact us for more info!
