Like, eating healthy, riding, eating in a calorie deficit etc.. not all necessary but it does help. 10,000 steps is approximately an hour of waking. Not much to ask in a 24hr day. It has been great to see her efforts over the month of April given that she has had to juggle full time work and also look after the kids at home. Given the busy schedule she has, it has been great to see her making the effort to fit in her training and home school all of her children. She has even done some of the sessions whilst home schooling some of the kids at the same time..This is a huge effort. Well done Merryn and for all the parents out there doing both jobs well done!
