18.01.2022 As a result of COVID-19 and the significant impact on the events industry (and all other industries), Tap Snap is also feeling it. We would like to acknowledge though that we are just a small fish in a very large pond, so our hearts go out to everyone in small business who run their gigs full time. We are going to be as flexible as we can with all of our amazing clients during this time and we want to let you know, we've got your backs! If you need to postpone your occasion,... we will honour your booking. If you need to cancel completely, that's ok- get in touch with us ASAP. We are still committed to honouring all indoor and outdoor bookings given they align with current advice from the Australian Government. If you are unsure, please chat to us and we can advise. If you can support local small businesses during the next few months, please do. Buy a cuppa, get your hair done, go out for dinner, order those flowers. 08.01.2022 As I’m sure you are, we are devastated that Mardi Gras has been cancelled. Working in the events industry myself I really feel for the organising committee of this event. Such a blow after a lot of hard work and dedication. But as they say, that’s the way the cookie crumbles and these things unfortunately happen I’m sure Mardi Gras will come back bigger and better and fingers crossed we get to be part of it again
