An ability for empowering people by helping them to identify and release their unconscious, underlying issues creating physical, mental and emotional stress and pain in their body. As a young adult Tara's interests were always with Natural Therapies, completing certificates in Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Reflexology and Touch Fo...r Health (Kinesiology) to help family and friends whilst raising a family. For the last decade Tara's passion has been her own personal development. This led her to experience and complete many different self-healing empowering modalities and courses (e.g Born Rich - Bob Proctor, Access Consciousness Level I II & III, 'Bars", 7 Tools To Freedom - Shelly Ashworth) acquiring a myriad of skills, tools and techniques. The past 18 months Tara has been employed at a secure Mental Health facility which has been a catalyst for her to begin her own practice.
