24.01.2022 I have a question for some work I’m doing... I love salad but lots of us don’t .... Why? What is it that makes you go past this choice ? Is it the raw veggies? Is it the lack of flavour ? What is it that could make you say salads suck ? I need the honesty please !

21.01.2022 Doesn’t have to be pretty .. lunch is sometimes the hardest meal to choose as you are generally only making for one Usually I just use whatever is in the fridge and I always think ahead at night! Yum

19.01.2022 I’m sooo dam lucky to have parents that love fishing and also filleting their catch! Admittedly I grew up in a fishing family and my sister and awesome hubby are marine biologists and own an award winning fish n chip shop #tobinfishtales ... but none of that rubbed of onto me... only that I love to eat them! Thanks guys for the whiting we will devour tonight!! Simple flavours. Lemon, herbs and butter
17.01.2022 I looove broccoli but sometimes it needs a little something to make it special. Tried this today ... 2 heads of broccoli chopped and placed on single tray with olive oil and salt. Bake for 20 minutes. Meanwhile cook up some quinoa. I think about a cup in some vege broth or water . Then fluff it with a fork and add a cup bread crumbs and 1/2 TBs of butter and salt, pepper, chilli flakes and mix in . Then add 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup grated cheese. Put the broccoli into lasagne dish and pour in quinoa mixture and then put more grated cheese on ze top. Bake for 25 .... yummmmmmmm @ Kings Beach
