22.01.2022 Come and say hello at Taralga Wildlife Park. Open from 10am to 4pm all school holidays.



20.01.2022 This school holidays you will find over 120 species of birds and animals at Taralga Wildlife Park. There's dingo, camels, alpacas, kangaroos and so much more including one of the best bird collections on display in NSW. There's owls, parrots and cockies galore, water birds including the endangered Freckle Duck, pheasants, peacocks and our most recent addition, Wally the rehabilitated Wedge-tailed Eagle.

19.01.2022 There's lots of native animals and birds to be found at Taralga Wildlife Park including nine different species of kangaroos and wallabies. Meet Snowy and Snowflake, our white western greys and see our new joey red-necked pademelon, just out of the pouch. Open every day during the school holidays.

16.01.2022 We have 7 new additions to the rabbit family, the last to open their eyes this morning. None have been named and we are looking for ideas to name these guys. 5 females and 2 males. Send us your ideas and share with your friends. Whoever has the most likes will get to name the rabbits and we will send you a family pass so you can come and see them.



14.01.2022 Taralga Wildlife Park will be open every day during school holidays from 10am to 4pm. Entry is still only $12.50 for adults and $7.50 for children and you can still enter as a family of 2 adults and 2 children for $30. Why don't you come out and meet Poco, our new young female Rusa Deer, she is very quiet and loves to be patted.

11.01.2022 Our latest new-born at the Park may not be the rarest creature here, but he certainly is among the most cute! You can get up close with Huey and lots more animals and birds among our 120 species plus collection. Open every day during the school holidays. Local, affordable and Covid SAFE!

11.01.2022 Taralga wildlife Park will re-open today. Social distancing and other covid restrictions such as recording all visitor information and limited animal interactions are in place. Taralga Wildlife Park will open each Saturday and Sunday, other days by appointment only, so please call first prior week day visits. The park is a safe place to visit and we look forward to seeing you at the Park.

07.01.2022 Had such a great time with my kids here. Just the right size for kids. Wombat pats were a favourite and the boat in the playground. Lovely little place we will visit again.

07.01.2022 Taralga Wildlife Park is seeking casual staff. Odd days, basically on call. The work requires energetic, enthusiastic people with some experience with animals. Duties include feeding and careing of animals, customer interaction and can be demanding. Applicants need to understand there is a lot of work such as cleaning out yards, washing walls and assisting with general maintenance. Apply in writing to [email protected]

05.01.2022 With over 100 species of birds to be found in the collection, Taralga Wildlife Park offers something for everyone. The huge variety of birds that include native waterfowl, parrots, cockatoos and doves are just another reason to visit these school holidays. We are open every day from 10 ti 4pm. No need to book but social distancing requirements need to be met. Affordable, local and covid safe!

04.01.2022 Absolutely awesome wildlife park. Friendly staff and awesome animal interaction We got the rare opportunity to spend some time with a wombat. Getting cuddles and pats with a very friendly Susie. Highly recommend when travelling through the area to drop in and experience it

01.01.2022 YES, we are open every day during the school holidays and there is certainly a lot to see, and touch and feed! at Taralga Wildlife Park. Meet our very special Suzie the wombat, hug a rabbit, pat Poco the deer or maybe feed a camel. kangaroos, antelope, dingos and so much more. And yes, you can grab a coffee, sandwich, cake and just sit and relax.
