21.01.2022 Hi followers I will be baking this Thursday evening (21st June) and packaging up early Friday morning ready for collection on Friday. If you want one, let me know! $10/tray.

20.01.2022 Anyone due for another dose of Baklava? I’m planning to bake this Thursday. This time I’m going to aim for a little less syrup and a little more spice. $10 trays will be ready for Friday 10th August. Comment below or PM me if you’re interested.

12.01.2022 School is back! I’ll be baking a few batches of baklava this Thursday and will have the $10 trays ready for collection on Friday (20th July). If you want one please comment below or PM me. For YSS parents - if you’d like me to bring your tray to school drop off (8:45-9am) or pick up (2:45-3:15pm) to collect from me outside the Prep 4 building, just add the instruction (P4 morning or P4 arvo) in comment.

07.01.2022 Hi everyone I was not intending to bake this week as I don’t want to be responsible for any form of baklava overdose or rapid weight gain , but I’ve had a few orders for the $10 trays this Friday. So I will be turning on the oven and getting out the pastry brush again this Thursday (28th June). If you want a $10 tray this Friday (29th June) comment below or PM me. If you’re a YSS parent I can bring your tray to school drop off (8:45-9am) or pick up (2:45-3:15pm) for you to collect from me outside the Prep 4 building, just add instruction (P4 9am or P4 3pm) in comment.

04.01.2022 I’m excited that the next round of baking I do will be with Australian Walnuts (instead of Californian which I have used previously). I will be baking again in 2 or 3 weeks time
