16.01.2022 ATTENTION CLIENTS To all my amazing clients. As you know my business has grown over the last four years. So much that Im feeling a little swamped. So I have came up with some changes that are going to help me with keeping on top of this business. *Online booking system All appointments will be made via this booking system. ... A $20 deposit will be taken to secure your appointment to avoid cancellations at the last minute. This amount will be taken off your service. If a cancellation occurs and no Rebook you will loose your deposit. *Hours Wednesday through to Friday are hours from 10am to 3pm (Mobile) only in the Bingara Gorge Estate as I have pick up and drop off for my girls. From October to April I will not be doing Wednesdays as I am taking up study. Saturdays will now be at home Salon. Except for the days I work in Leumeah at Vanity hair and beauty. This decision has come to me as Im struggling running all over the estate and keeping on time for a full day. At home I can fit double the clientele. Welcome to bring children. Only weddings will be mobile on Saturdays. All cuts by themselves with no colour will be done on Saturdays only. No nights. Price increase I have had this business for 4 years with no increase. With stock ect going up its time for that to happen. $5 increase for cuts or $10 -$20 increase for colour. No changes for weddings and upstyles. All prices are on online booking system. With my mobile clients I completely understand with kids and bubbas that time can get away. I really need everyone to help out so I can stay on time for my next client. *Payments. All payments must be made on the day of your service. No Transfers. I have an mobile card device or cash only. Thank you all so much for reading through some of my guidelines. I honestly appreciate everyone of you. This is going to help me stay on top of appointments, keep on time and keep my books up to date. This will all take place by the end of August. I will be contacting everyone who has a Saturday appointment with options to keep the Saturday or move it to a Mobile day. 13.01.2022 IMPORTANT To all my amazing and loyal clients. After much thought and consideration I have decided to close the doors on my hairdressing career of 20 years. I look back on this time with so much love and gratitude. Starting part time at the ripe age of 15 then going on to build a beautiful career. I worked in amazing salons and met beautiful life long friends. I then opened my own hair salon and did some amazing things in that time. I got married, had my babies all with ...my clients supporting that. This then led me to mobile hair. Meeting beautiful clients in their own homes put me on journey that I never thought would be possible. So thank you. Thank you all so much. Thank you for your love and support, thank you for being there in the hard and amazing times. Thank you for being family to me.
