19.01.2022 2021 Updates I will no longer be working weekends. Appointment will be available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays for Term 1 of school. Term 2 may bring some changes to this. It will still be 4 days a week but I'll have some more flexibility. I will be doing two evenings, still not sure which nights (just due to kids swimming lessons etc) but these will be very limited time slots. ... Prices will rise by $5+ as of Jan 1st.

Its with a heavy heart I must inform you that as of Tuesday 24th of March I will be shutting down my massage clinic. I will be doing my best over the next days to contact all my clients booked individually to let them know. ... We all have to make sacrifices at this time. 14.01.2022 UPDATE Currently waiting on news tomorrow regarding what will happen to businesses with new restriction laws. Home schooling is returning as of Wednesday so things will have to look different for me. I am just not sure exactly what they will look like as yet. I will let you know tomorrow when I know more.

12.01.2022 UPDATE I am unfortunately closing my business... Again . As of Wednesday evening my clinic will be shut temporarily. My priority always lies with my family and my clients. School has resumed to home schooling and I can not juggle both this and work. ... As per the first lockdown, I will keep you informed and do my best to keep you updated. Hopefully I will be back up and running 6 weeks from now if everyone can follow the current guidelines. Thank you to everyone for all your continued support this year. The uncertainty of this entire situation is made a lot easier knowing I have such supportive wonderful people around me. Stay safe, stay healthy. Wear the bloody mask!

11.01.2022 If you have travelled in the current lock down area. In the Melbourne Metro and Mitchell Shire. I am sorry but you will have to cancel your appointment. I dont take this lightly. It drastically affects my income. But I have to keep my family and clients safe. I also have to do everything I can to keep my little business open.

08.01.2022 I am very Cautiously Reopening my clinic. It will be limited appointment times and I will contact you in the order you are on my list, which is the order in which you where cancelled. These are the new policies I expect everyone to take note of them if you are planning on coming. ... I wont be taking any new clients. No exceptions You are not to come if you are showing ANY flu like symptoms. If you come and you are showing symptoms I will have to ask you to leave and you will be charged the FULL amount of your treatment. Only the client having treatment will have access to my home. Unfortunately due to this I am unable to treat clients under 18. Partners and children are also not able to attend. Download the Covid Safe App and make sure it is active. If you are at risk or live with someone who is at risk. Just dont come. No massage treatment is worth someones life. When you arrive, please try not to touch any surfaces. Use the bathroom before you come if possible. This will reduce the risks to my family and reduce my disinfecting time I need between each client. Please remember you are entering MY HOME. This is my safe place. If you at all have any doubt of your health dont risk mine or my families. Thank you for your patience & understanding as I re-open my clinic.

07.01.2022 Due to a number of late cancellations and reschedules lately I just wanted to put a post up to remind everyone that the reminder message you receive is a courtesy to purely remind you. If you need to reschedule or cancel a time. The more notice you give me the better. I only run a small business and it usually has a wait list. And this is my only source of income. Its very hard to fill the spot with minimal notice. I completely understand things come up at the last minute and thats natural. But please keep a note of your appointment and if something comes up let me know as soon as possible. Thank you!

04.01.2022 Just a quick update for everyone I have received a lot of messages over the past two weeks asking when I will be opening again and to make sure they are on the list Everyone who was booked that needed to be cancelled has been put on a list in the order they where cancelled and I will contact everyone in that order. Trying to keep it as fair as I can. ... The Victorian Government has said Remedial Massage is classified as essential so legally I can be back at work right now. However since I do work from my home, where my children are. I am still currently closed but will reassess this after the 11th. I also have a home schooler right now too Take care everyone

02.01.2022 Due to a few appointment no shows lately I am changing my cancellation policy. I understand things come up and sometimes it is out of your control. However because I only have a limited number of appointments per week I am finding I am adding in Sundays and random times to fit people in and then having huge gaps in my regular hours that could have been filled and this is eating into my time with my family. Please note that the reminder messages are a courtesy to you. It is... your responsibility to keep the appointment in your diary. From now on my standard $20 fee will continue for 24 hours or less notice but a no show to an appointment will incur a $40 fee.

01.01.2022 With the Covid 19 spreading I just want to give everyone a friendly reminder if you are not feeling well, if you have any flu symptoms (of Covid 19 or any flu symptoms) please cancel you appointment with me. I would rather try and reschedule you than have to reschedule weeks of people. I will continue to use best practice standards around infection control and monitor recommendations from the Australian Government Department of Health updates. Otherwise its business as usual.
