The softest, kindest, sweetest soul with the biggest eyes that shone straight to your heart. You were totally adored by everyone who was lucky enough to meet you and there’ll never be another quite like you. 17.01.2022 So proud to be apart of these guys journey!! Goldy and Lilly Powell- last wk 7th overall at the National inter school championships, with a 2nd in the novice freestyle! And this wk a 3rd, a 4th and today a 1ST at the Australian pony club national titles at Elementary. What champions!! 10.01.2022 I thought an appreciation post was in order! We’ve had an enormous school holidays and now we’re reflecting.. We give many lessons on own horses but As a riding school with school ponies for people without their own horses, we really are only as good as the horses we work with.... Our horses are truly amazing ! We are so blessed!! Over the 15 years weve been operating we have and have had such fantastic 4 legged colleagues. A massive Thankyou to those that have brought them into our world! We’ve added some newbies to our collection lately, some young guns and they seem to be enjoying their new life teaching what a wonderful sport horse riding is! Our newest addition Violet Is pictured. She is so special to us being out of our beautiful lillie that we lost a few months ago. Who’s your favourite ? We’d love you to comment with some pics or video !

10.01.2022 2020 SHC Horse of the Year After an emotional start to Friday Maddi and Pixi had an amazing show achieving something she had set a goal for herself to do by ...the time she was 18 she scored herself 2 tickets to Grand Nationals . She was also extremely proud of herself placing top 10 (ranking 3rd) in both her rider yesterday and the Open Pony class today which had some of absolutely amazing ponies in the class and some jockeys that she just admires and looks up to. Champion First Ridden Hunter Pony Reserve Champion Childs Show Hunter Pony ne. 12hh Top 10 (ranked 3rd) Rider 9-u12. 07.01.2022 A lovely morning spent with mum and dad and our beautiful Romeo at Alexander park championships in Newcastle . Left the other boys at home and had a super easy day after a busy school hols. Romeo was so fabulous, I can actually honestly say it was so fun to ride, he tried so hard in his 2x advanced tests.3 x judges had him 3rd, the other wasn’t on the same page but we’re all entitled to our own opinion. Two little legends flew the Tarcoola flag also. ... Both winning champion!! Rubes and her prince champion open pony prelim and clay with Virginia’s lovely ern champion youth medium and advanced. Cricky got big pats and did a great couple of tests today also for 3rd overall pony novice! And to hear Lilly and Goldy at pony club nationals ended up in the dressage reserve overall elementary just topped off a great day!! So great to see these dedicated, determined and committed young friends kicking some goals with their 4 legged counterparts! Back to normality for all tomorrow

05.01.2022 So proud to be involved in all these lovely kids(adults too) and their 4 legged friends journey! It makes all the hard work, early starts and Late finishes seem very worthwhile. The smiles Really do say it all! Well done to each and everyone of you. (I’m sorry if I missed any pics) Congrats also to clay for making the nsw young rider squad. My hair is much thinner then it was 8 years ago when I started teaching him - an achievement to savour.

03.01.2022 Saying goodbye to our four legged family members is never easy- this one was always going to be that little bit harder.. Dear little Jack came into our world as an unbroken, unhandled 4yo who led his herd in the hills of murrurundi, but took the eye of our friend Jo ... He’d jump from paddock to paddock to avoid being caught but could be persuaded and enticed by a bucket of his favourite food! He could pick Les out in a crowd and chat like no other horse I’ve ever known. Th...e lessons he taught along our journey were invaluable as we swapped respect and kindness for unwavering trust- a highlight of the journey being his Champion Novice Showhunter at Canberra Royal in 2011. We miss your cute face and endless chit chat already Jacko Hoping heaven has a bottomless bucket of that favourite food! Thanks for everything See more
