21.01.2022 While this year has been rough on all of us we have still been kept busy in so many ways. Sorry we have been quiet on this page but life gets in the way at times. This eastern brown snake was removed from a local business recently and while it was an easy and safe catch it could have been very dangerous had the shop had a lot of customers at the time. 15.01.2022 Here is why bird netting and any similar netting is bad. This snake has injuries that have already scabbed so i suspect it to have been stuck approximately 1 week. 11.01.2022 This is a good example of why you should always be aware of where you put your fingers and toes. I was called today to a snake seen next to a building and when i arrived this guy was inside the bait station. Once open it was obvious how big it really was. 07.01.2022 After some recent posts i think i should address some incorrect information. Australian snakes do not hibernate. They do brumate which is a little similar only they don't sleep through the winter they just become less active. Snakes have not started waking up early or started coming out early because they didn't stop. Even through winter we still catch snakes but less than during the warmer months. Recently a post by another local catcher caught the eye of a few people. This... catcher will be filling in for me in the near future. As some of you may remember we advertised for another catcher and jayden has stepped up. When you call the number you will get either one of us and the job will be done.
