25.01.2022 I'm looking at moving some old stock of projectiles. Plenty of oddments at below current cost - call in for a bargain. Everything from 17 cal thru to 45 - Speer, Nosler, Hornady, Sierra, Lapua - lots of odd ones.

25.01.2022 OK - I give in. For years I have tried to limit my shop hours so I can maximise workshop productivity - this has been a dismal failure with customers still calling in at all hours. So in fairness to all I will now be open 8:30 till 5:00 Tues to Friday. If this has a negative impact on lead times then so be it. Keep in mind if I need to go out (banking, PO etc) I will still go mid morning so it would pay to check via email if calling in before midday.

13.01.2022 Heads up people - As of July Target Equipment will be closed Mondays - every weekend will be a long weekend!

13.01.2022 Barrel storage - with the WAPOL requirement to register and licence additional barrels we have been swamped with customers requests to hold used barrels in the event they may use them at a later date. Unfortunately this has got a bit out of hand and we now have an inordinate number of barrels in storage. As of Oct we are now charging a $5.00/month/barrel storage fee. If you are unlikely to use them please let us destroy and dispose of them.

13.01.2022 The racing side of the family - very proud of my late uncle. He was also an accomplished handgun competitor.

12.01.2022 Tip for the day - barrel threads are thirsty - keep them well lubed. Avoid lubes that may build up - copper or nickel based lubes tend to leave a build up. We recommend Nulon L90 - great for threads and as a bolt lube - plus it is economical, clean and simple to use.

07.01.2022 I had a 20mm aluminium base made up for a Farley rest for a customer - weight is approx 2.3kg. I had to get 3 done to make it economical - I have 2 spare at $335.00 each
