16.01.2022 Don't forget next weekend's competition at Frankston Peninsula Target Rifle Club with 50m Benchrest (RBA format) on Saturday and 50m Prone (Electronic) on Sunday not forgetting 10m Air & Supported Air. They also will have an Air Bench comp on Friday and depending on numbers for Sunday a Target Sprint exhibition match may take place. The range has certainly changed over the years as this is a photo from their 1992 Prize Meeting. Please check out TRV website/Calendar for more information

08.01.2022 2019 is just about to start up with some competitions after a break over the Festive period. Captains 1500 has started and the 50m & 90m Prize Shoot at Target Rifle Geelong this weekend. It still may not be too late to enter these competitions but you will need to contact the organisers directly. 08.01.2022 The second day of FPTRC Prize Meeting has commenced with Prone on the 50m range. Can James Daly defend his title and take out his 7th consecutive win at this event? Range is looking great especially using our Meyton electronics with scores being displayed both on range and in clubrooms. Air Rifle events also continue today with the possibility of doing a Target Sprint demo later in day! #results now in comments

04.01.2022 One of the hardest things about our sport is trying to reach out to the wider community that we live in. There are many ways of doing this and hopefully your club got on board with the Shooting Australia Come Try May Day this year. There are the traditional webpages that clubs have got but what about a social media presence such as Facebook! In the comments we will try and link TRV associated Clubs that we know about who have a Facebook Page and feel free to add yours (TRV Clubs only) to the list if we've missed it

04.01.2022 Both 'Frankston A' & MCC 50m Benchrest Pennant Teams are currently having their shoot-off for Section A under the watchful eye of Robert Spratt (section officer) at FPTRC. Both teams finished on 32pts and are competing in two squads this morning in alternating positions - a true reflection of a shoot-off with all members of the teams expering the same range and conditions. Good Luck to both Frankston A & MCC in this match.

03.01.2022 The 50m RBA Benchrest competition is underway way at FPTRC with 10m Air Rifle & Supported Air as well. Range looks great and thanks to gobox Mobile Storage for providing a storage unit being used as equipment room for the Air Rifle competitors. Good Luck to everyone competing
