04.01.2022 So far this week we at the Tarkine Animal Park have purchased for our animals ,A 1 tonne bag of feed ,freighted down from Hobart ,22 round bales of hay , 20 kg bag finch food plus a 20 kg bag canary seed ,layer pellets,20 kg rabbit pellets,10 kg bag MCaw pellets plus fresh fruit and vegetables and now looking for a tonne of feed wheat and a tonne of feed barley direct from farmer at a reasonable price . If you have some or are aware of any please contact us . Like all animal parks ,sanctuary’s and wildlife parks the animals must be top priority .We are self funded with no income at all but we are doing the best we can.we just can’t wait to open up and share our animals again. STAY HOME,STAY SAFE,SAVE LIVES and let’s get our state open for business again.
