18.01.2022 End of an era Buster became part of Wal’s life as a foal. He was a great polo pony and much loved by all who rode and worked with him. He was the last horse that connected Wal with his son, William, and James, Wal’s brother who died tragically in a polo accident. So it’s not surprising that there was a lot of grief when Buster succumbed to cancer recently. Buster was 24 years old. He has been buried at Muddy Flatts where he spent so much of his life. He is greatly missed.

10.01.2022 The New Zealand team is playing the USA at Muddy Flatts today in the lead up to Super Saturday at the Polo World Cup at Richmond over the weekend. Despite significant falls of rain, Muddy Flatts is in top condition - the best wet-weather field in the basin.
