20.01.2022 I have some fantastic cleaners who go above and beyond each week for me. Unfortunately my hairdresser hasn’t been able to cut my hair due to the Coronavirus so I’ve asked them to help out. Whilst getting my hair cut one of them mentioned there’s a trend where guys get their receding hair line tattooed on. I couldn’t help myself & I cracked up laughing as she told me. Today was the first week they were back for another clean and couldn’t resist to have a laugh with them by pretending I had a dodgy tattoo done as she suggested. Unfortunately I couldn’t hold in my laughter and she was straight on to me but it was still a laugh and a half. #goodtimes # too funny

04.01.2022 I had a lovely morning with a long time friend who spent countless hours helping me physically and emotionally getting my life back on track. We had a great laugh all morning eating, drinking coffee and chatting for hours. It’s so funny how the times change as our next catch up I will be coaching her on a few things that have helped me move forward in life. Giving back to someone who has enriched my own life feels so good.

02.01.2022 I’ve celebrated today with another personal best waking 6.89kms in 3 hours without a stick. It won’t be long before I ditch the stick.
