21.01.2022 A few photos of our tanker, sent by Dave Wright, Captain of the Tongala Fire Brigade, taken on 16th November 2019. I'm sure our Captain, George, will be able to tell us where these were taken, and who went up to NSW as part of the strike team. Thank you Dave Wright for the photos!

14.01.2022 For anyone who is interested in purchasing the now retired CFA tanker, previously advertised earlier this year, in March, the vehicle is still available for purchase. Due to the COVID19 problems, the sale was put on hold for a while, however, if you are interested, you should contact the brigade captain, George Filev.

02.01.2022 Coming up FOR SALE in April - Ex CFA Fire Tanker. 1997 ISUZU Tanker, 2 axle. It’s a 1500 lt tank for water on the back of the truck. The valuation was $28,000 total cost for the Truck including the fire equipment. In terms of what's on the truck, there is crew protection sprays and ROPS, Quenchmaster foam A Class system, suction hose and associated equipment, stand pipe, Intercom system from cabin to back tray and branch fittings. The truck would come standard with the... water tank, pump, some hoses and branches for delivery. Further details of who to contact will be posted closer to the sale date.
