This is our very last delivery for the year to map one suburbs .. and orders close at midnight tonight ( delivery is Friday 18th ) Anyone wanting meals and usual items from the website to pick up Instore from 18th dec thru to Xmas eve are advised to preorder by midnight tonight also . We cannot guarantee having all your favourites instore each day as we are selling out as fast as I’m topping it up ! 23.01.2022 And that’s a wrap for 2020 for us ! What a year it’s been ... a year like no other thats for sure ! But we made it and had fun along the way , 2020 bought out the best in some and the worst in others .. I’m hoping everyone learnt to be a little kinder .. especially on yourselves ! I would like to thank everyone of you who have supported my business in some way or other , whether your a customer , a supplier or just there to support me , without you all I couldn’t do what I ...love ! 22.01.2022 Oh my have I been spoilt this Xmas ! Two packages arrived for me late last week ... a carnivores dream ! Meat meat and more meat ! A huge gourmet box of Angus and wagyu steaks compliments of the amazing team at the Sydney Low Carb Clinic and another huge box of assorted meats& cheese from our fantastic local butchers who have supplied us with 70% of our meat this last year ! For someone like me who eats 95% carnivore for many medical reasons I can tell you I have been enjoyi...ng some delicious dinners this week ! So far my favourite has been the Jacks Creek Black Angus ! Wow what a steak that was ... I think I actually enjoyed it even more than the very expensive wagyu ... who else like me loves a good steak ? Nothing better than a tender steak served with plenty of salt ! 21.01.2022 Cob loaf has been added into the website ... it’s in the bagels section .. if anyone has placed an order already and would like one added just inbox me and I’ll add it on . This will remain a regular item after Xmas too please note the macros listed in the webpage are for the whole loaf !!! EDITED TO ADD MY FAV FILLING ! All I do is mix together .. diced bacon (probably about 4 or 5 slices ) 250 gms cream cheese ,300ml thickened cream , salt n pepper to taste , handful spring onions and about 1.5 cups grated tasty cheese .. hollow out cob loaf , break up into bits and place around outside of cob then pour all the filling in .. I then cover with foil and bake for half hour @160 in oven then foil off until shell is crunchy and filling heated thru

As most of you know , we close down for a few weeks every Xmas which includes all of January and this year will be no different . It’s my time to actually have a break & enjoy my family Holidays . This year has been a crazy year for everyone so I’m really looking forward to a well earnt break and spending some quality time with my husband and childr...en .. working 7 days a week makes for a long but very fun and rewarding year, the countdown is on and I’m so ready .... This means that there is only 4 more deliveries this year .... Friday 27th November (orders are now closed) to week two maps to Penrith and Campbelltown Friday 4th December (orders must be in by 5pm Sunday 29th November ) week one maps, The Shire and northern Beaches areas Friday 11th December (orders in by 5pm Sunday 6th December ) LAST DELVIERY FOR THE YEAR TO Penrith and Campbelltown . Week two maps Friday 18th December (orders in by 5pm Sunday 13th December ) LAST DELVIERY TO THE SHIRE AND NORTHERN BEACHES FOR THIS YEAR . All orders for instore pick up for Friday 18th, Saturday 19th, and also for Xmas week ( Monday 21st,Tuesday 22nd, Wednesday 23rd and Xmas Eve ,Thursday 24th ) must be in by Thursday 10th December . We will do two special mid January DELIVERIES: Thursday 14th January , week 1 maps ( Shire and Northern beaches ) Also Friday 15th January , week two maps ( Penrith and Campbelltown) orders for these two dates need to be in to us by Thursday 10th December . We were one of the lucky ones and have stayed open right thruout all the covid lockdowns , We had some major changes to how we trade and some slightly reduced hours ( which we are sticking with next year ) Still not sure when or if dine in and or outdoor dining will return or not .. 02.01.2022 As many of you know there are so many keto/Lowcarb bread recipes out there , and now lower carb bread products in stores ( Aldi/woolies/coles) the instore loaves/rolls , I myself find them all way too seedy / nutty and still a bit higher in carbs and all contain gluten and I wasn’t much of a fan . I’ve tried sereral recipes from online myself & not liked them much either ... this recipe from mad creations I’ve seen many of you try ..I personally stayed away from it a...s it does contain gluten .. however over the last few days I gave in and tried it ... and I will say , this will be a game changer for many of you who can tolerate gluten . I’ve tried it as a fresh sandwich , a toasted sandwich and last night as a cob dip ( which was absolutely delicious.. I love dips .. and especially hot creamy cheesy bacon and onion .. I could have just spooned that straight into my mouth ) I am suffering a little today after 3 days of a little added gluten ... but was it worth it ? It sure was ! Will I make it again ? Hell yes !! Will we now have bread instore ? Maybe not .. it’s time consuming and I’m so time poor already .... but never say never ... just wish it could be gluten free I didn’t used flaxseed meal at all as I’m not a fan of the taste .. I’ve tried it with a few other subs and so far I liked the sunflower meal and pumpkinseed meal Recipe below .. try it yourself .. it’s pretty good See more
